Early Access Terms
1. Scope
These Early Access Terms govern your use of the Diplodocs website (diplodocs.io) and any related early-access product made available to you. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Early Access Nature
The service is provided as an evolving, experimental preview. This means:
- Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.
- Availability and performance are not guaranteed — the service may be unavailable during maintenance or updates.
- Data you create (templates, documents, uploads) may be reset, migrated, or lost as we iterate. Do not rely on the service for production-critical data.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the service lawfully and in good faith. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, access it through automated means beyond reasonable use, or use it to generate unlawful or harmful content.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content, templates, and data you upload or generate. You grant us a limited right to process this content solely to operate and improve the service during early access.
5. No Warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or data preservation. Use at your own risk.
5a. E-Signatures
Where Diplodocs offers electronic-signature features during early access, you acknowledge that:
- The feature is in preview. We do not warrant the legal enforceability of any envelope signed during early access, and you should not rely on signed documents for production contracts, regulated transactions, or other business-critical purposes during this period.
- Signature execution, audit-trail generation, and certificate sealing may be performed by a third-party signing provider acting as our sub-processor. The provider's processing is governed by its own terms.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to send each document for signature, for the accuracy of signer details you supply, and for compliance with any local laws (consumer disclosure, identity verification, notarization, etc.) that apply to your specific use case.
- Quotas, retention windows, and provider availability for signed envelopes may change without notice during early access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service during early access, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
7. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, at our discretion. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Privacy
Information you provide (such as your email address when requesting early access) is used only to communicate with you about Diplodocs. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Early Access Terms as the product and entity evolve. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
10. Successor Terms
Once Diplodocs LLC is formally registered, a complete Terms and Conditions document will replace this page. Continued use of the service after that point will be governed by the updated document.
